Attorney Joseph K. Robinson founded Wyzer Staffing to help other attorneys reclaim their time, grow their practices, and improve efficiency by integrating virtual legal professionals into their firms.
Joseph is the founder and managing attorney of Robinson Immigration Law, a Nashville-based immigration law firm that advises global founders, executives, researchers, and investors on long-term U.S. immigration strategy.
In building his own firm, Joseph developed a model that incorporates virtual legal professionals like paralegals, intake specialists, and digital marketers into the team’s workflows and operations.
This approach allows the firm to scale deliberately, maintain high service standards, and improve overall efficiency – earning the firm consistent five-star reviews and saving hundreds of hours of attorney time. His focus on clear role design, careful hiring, and structured workflows allows the team to collaborate seamlessly and deliver outstanding service to the firm’s clients.
Joseph founded Wyzer to make these results possible for other law firms. Wyzer’s approach reflects Joseph’s view that building your team is a strategic decision, not just an administrative one—and that when done correctly, integrating virtual legal professionals into your firm can provide tangible leverage without compromising quality or control.
Joseph graduated first in his class from the University of Tennessee College of Law and is based in Nashville, Tennessee. Outside of work, he enjoys running and spending time with his wife and their Sheltie, Effie.
